Tastes great. Pretty standard protein bar. I would buy it again. Seems high quality and to have good ingredients. I usually throw a couple in each adventure or gym bag for emergencies. Size is similar to most protein bars. I could eat 10 but probably shouldn't. Great for after a workout.
