my boys are 13yrs old and quite activs they eat a lot of carbs but not so much protein so i thought of buying this to supplement their needs. they love the taste and the quality of the producr is superb. I think 2 scoop is too much for one serving only

My son doesn't like the taste of it with water (I tried it and enjoyed it better than any other protein shake I had before), so I blend it with milk and ice; sometimes, I add banana or strawberry, too.
Happy to find a product to give extra protein to my active son. Still waiting to see a difference in the growth but he said he feels a difference in his training!
