Great quality best pre workout i got in a WHILE dosage is accurate great energy but i’d buy the other tastes the sour gummy bear is too SWEET some people definitely wouldn’t like that i’d go with the raspberry one or something less sweet but all in all the benefits are there you could feel it almost instantly so good results good stuff no regrets.
