This product has great ingredients that help support & maintain lymph nodes. There's enough caps for 20-30 days. It has high quality ingredients. It's helping with the swelling on my ankles. It's really part of my routine, with anti-inflammatory diet, staying hydrated, regular exercise, and avoiding toxins.

Nice herbal support for the lymphatic system. Felt a bit lighter and less puffy after a couple of weeks. Natural ingredients, easy to take. Not a miracle, but I think it helped.

Tiny black gel capsules. Super easy to swallow, No smell or taste. Helps to reduce swallowing at the end of the day. Intake with water, no irritation to stomach.

I only been taking them for 30 days, at the end of the day my feet and ankles are not stiff or as puffy. It takes time , I do see some improvement.

I am taking this supplement to help with my swollen lymphnodes. I also noticed when looking into the ingredients that it is supposed to help with constipation. I notice when i take this product my facial swelling does improve, however I find that they constipate me even more . I will continue to take them and hope this improves when my body gets used to the ingredients.

Good quality, ingredient. Size of the softgel is acceptable, easy to swallow. Doesn’t taste bad. Worth buying as it can last for some time as I am not taking it every day, three days every two weeks.
