I have sibo and i finally feel my intestines are moving! dosage: take it 30 minutes before the biggest meals, and also at night if you want. A bit of ginger taste but ok. overall looks great quality.

I found this trying to replace a digestive pill I had and can't find anymore.... now I wish I had find this earlier! it has no taste. the ingredients are from artichoke as the one I had before but for some reason, this one works better top notch quality! I recommend this if you sometimes eat too much.
