I live overseas & used to bring this in before iHerb carried it. I put it in breaded chicken, meatballs.....basically it's my go to spice. Just note that it does contain sugar and make sure you don't make your food too salty.

I was very happy to find this product here - we live in a country that doesn't have this. My kids call it 'special salt', and really use it for everything - salads, cooking vegetables, and protein. It adds flavour to everything. This is a good size - not too small, but not too big for frequent use.

Meat, veggies, potatoes, it doesn’t matter. This literally makes everything taste good. I’m so glad I can buy it on iherb because it is not available in the country I am living in and it is just so easy to have an all-purpose spice blend than to measure everything out of various bottles each time you cook. I don’t think it has pepper in it so I do usually add that separately when I cook. This is a large size bottle so you can use it for a long time.
