Rooted In Nature Backed By Science 1,000 Per Serving Daily Relaxation Support Traditional Adaptogen Sleep & Mood 30-Day Supply Dietary Supplement Sourced From a GMP Certified Facility 3rd Party Lab Verified Kava Kava also known as Piper methysticum, is a tropical shrub native to the South Pacific islands but has quickly become a natural health care staple around the world. Kava has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, usually in the form of teas, and has been praised for its effectiveness and safety profile. While Kava extract was initially used to offer pain relief and encourage meditative relaxation, we now know that the tropical plant is capable of so much more. In fact, many modern researchers are looking to kava as a natural way to help reduce stress and anxiety without harsh chemicals. This has made Kava Kava into an ideal brain supplement as studies have uncovered exactly how Kava interacts with the brain and targets specific locations, such as the GABA region which monitors the activity of many nerves. Because Kava has been proven to target key centers within the brain relating to stress and anxiety, it has become one of the most promising natural remedies for mild brain and mind concerns. Study after study has confirmed that Kava is effective for helping cope with anxiety without harsh side effects or dependencies. As a result, it’s understandable why Kava has also become a popular natural sleep aid since it can help ease the mind from stress and anxiety. However, many people don’t like the distinct taste of Kava which is why we offer you tasteless capsules with high kavalactone content. Nature’s Craft is your trusted partner in wellness. We use only the purest, most potent and high-quality ingredients available in our all-natural dietary supplements.

I heard people drink it instead of alcohol to loosen up, it helps with anxiety, it doesnt remove it, it just helps u think and calm when you’re anxious which will make u feel better
Quality Kava Kava capsules benefit me by relieving stress! I take morning and evening, and it's the perfect dosage for me, and capsule size is easy to swallow and no after taste!
This Kava offers all the great relaxation benefits of an evening drink, without the negative effects alcohol comes with. Chill, feeling of well being, no morning fuzzies or extra calories.I open capsules and sprinkle on my tongue, wash it down with kombucha, juice or water. Doesn't taste super great, but benefits are worth it.
This company just lists the milligrams of the root extract, without listing the kavalactone content. It doesn’t seem nearly as strong as the Himalaya brand i had been using. The Himalaya brand lists that it’s extracted from rhizomes and root extract, plus have listed laboratory test results of the kavalactone content, which is roughly 1/4 of the root extract milligram content. Nature’s Craft capsules are composed of hypromellose, which is a semisynthetic polymer. Himalaya’s capsule is naturally derived from pullulan which is produced from starch by the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. If i would’ve looked more closely at these two important factors, would not have bought two bottles of this at a low sale price. Always important to research before buying!
We often take at bedtime, not everyday. For a stress free day take 2 in the morning
