this was just okay for me. For some reasons i stopped taking it coz the taste was overwhelming for me, I think all B complex are like that but this was particularly too strong for me.

Good quality. To be honest I didn't notice a lot of benefit, my energy level did seem to be better, however not a massive effect. Maybe because I didn't need them. Size is good but slightly can taste it however not a big deal. Packaging is lovely.
