Okay if you have trouble settling down at night I’d highly recommend trying this product. I spray 3 times on each foot and some on my stomach at night before bed and it gets me so sleepy! I also take a magnesium supplement and together they help rest my mind so that I can fall asleep & stay asleep. I’d recommend trying.

I have been using this for over a month now. It still burns a bit when I use it but goes away very quickly. I put some on my feet at night to fall asleep and on the back of my neck. It has made the bottoms of my feet completely peel off and get very gross but I know it’s making it work. Just a minor side effect for the time being.

I am finding the quality and the size of the product to be good. I spray this on the bottom of the kids feet before they go to sleep as I find that it calms them. It can itch/ tingle the skin is sprayed other areas of the body. There is no noticeable scent and the spray nozzle seems to work quite well.

Using it once in a while when I have sore muscles I believe it works although sometimes it irritates my skin a little when I Spray it on head ( if have a slight headache) or legs it feels fine; maybe that is my individual reaction. Overall, satisfied with the product, packaging and size.
