Strawberry Champagne Jam, 11.5 oz (326 g)

I was curious to try this mix that I have seen more and more around recently, of strawberry and champagne. I am not really into champagne or alcohol in general, so I was wondering if the taste of champagne would be a little too much, but not at all. I think it has a good balance. I have tried it on toasted bread, and I will try it on scones next. So far I have been loving all products of the Stonewall Kitchen brand.

Beautiful jam and not overpowering or overly sweet. Definitely something I look forward to grabbing from the fridge for toast or pancakes

Swoon-worthy on anything, but especially scones or pancakes. Rich strawberry taste tingling with that of the champagne. Generous sized jar that lasts longer than you might expect. Stonewall makes some the best jams anywhere and this is a delight.

It's not the usual sticky sweet type of jam. You actually get to eat pieces of strawberry in the jam. I would like to try the other fruit jam in the future made by the same company.
