I'm mid 40s and hitting that change of life that likes to muck up all the things. Been taking berberine to help stabilize my cholesterol, and support some healthy weight loss goals. This particular berberine is yellow so I dont mix it up with other supplements I'm taking, and doesnt have any wierd after tastes. Also, having to take just one capsule where some others are 2 or more has been pretty nice.
After trying for about 2 weeks, I'm ready to give it a review! The quality seems legit and good and the ingredients are clean. The size is manageable and i can easily swallow 2 capsules at a time but I usually just eat one at a time. The price is good for 2 months supply and I am so happy to supplement this on top of my metformin (due pre-diabetes).
