Excellent brand, but over time I've noticed that for B-complex vitamins, I personally get better results with injections every 3–4 months. Tablets are fine, but they just don't seem as effective for me.

I love the fact that these B-50s have a prolonged release - it keeps the energy coming throughout the day. I never had a problem with niacin flush with these, so I think it is a higher quality product.
