Good, basic decent brewer's yeast. Taking it to boost milk supply. I've heard it has potential as a galactagogue. Still testing it out to see if my milk supply will increase more and more, plus not sure if it’s this that's helping since I’m taking other supplements.

I mix this brewers yeast into my pets food. I heard it was beneficial with keeping fleas away and helping with shedding. my dog doesn't seem to mind the taste, and i think this is better for his health that taking bravecto. the ingredients are of good quality and it's excellent for his health

This brewer's yeast is absolutely awful. It’s extremely sour, has a burnt taste, and comes as a messy, dark powder that’s completely inedible. I had to return all four cans for a refund. Never buying this again.
This is the second brand of brewers' yeast I've tried, and it tastes nothing like the Mommy Knows Best brand. Per the advice and knowledge of herbalist April Graham I don't eat thr powder; rather I make a sort of long brew infusion and drink the liquid, leaving the yeast solids at the bottom. While it takes a little getting used to, the Mommy Knows brand tastes kinda like chicken broth with a twist, whereas this brand smells and tastes very different. It is much less palatable, with a strange slightly bitter, slightly stale, and yet slightly rotten taste. Definitely going to try another brand like Solgar next time.
