Echinacea & Goldenseal, Alcohol-Free, 4 fl oz (120 ml)

I recently came down with the worst cold I have ever had when enterovirus was big in the news here. As a rule I do not get colds, but this bugger was bad news. It took a few days to really get hold because at first I was dosing with zinc and vitamin C, but once it started ramping up I got out the big guns (this Echinacea & Goldenseal combo plus colloidal silver and astragalus). I began to feel a bit better immediately just after the first dose. Had I known what it was that my body was initially trying to fight off, I would have taken this immediately at the first sign of sinus congestion and sore throat. As bad as it was, other people had much worse experiences than me (more severe symptoms and longer duration) so I attribute my milder experience to all these wonderful natural products which support my immune system and help my body do what it knows how to do.

There are days when I get food allergies headaches and I take this for 2 or 3 days and it shortens the duration. I also take this if I feel a cold coming on to make the symptoms lighter. A dropper full in tea or juice. It does have a strong taste but that's okay.

This format is a useful combination of ingredients and although the size is not large, it is concentrated so you do not need much. I add it to hot water or other herbal teas with a bit of honey to help boost immunity if I start to feel a cold coming on.

It's a great remedy for colds, in my opinion. And can be used as an external anti-septic. The combo seems to enhance each other. I originally took pills of the combo from a different brand, noticed how well it worked for colds (would disappear a few days after I took them or not show up. Haven't had to test it that much. But I trust the brand. I usually wait to get sick to take it.

This combination is a great immune enhancer. The benefits are amazing. Both these ingredients together are a powerhouse, the goldenseal is like a natural antibiotic. Taken only when needed, NOT on a daily basis. At the start of a cold or sore throat coming on, I immediately take it. Both my kids also have it alway on hand. A bit of a bitter taste.

my newpew had allergies and nose bleeding problem for long time, he even had lost his smell sense for periods of time, was really healpful to fight allergies and cut the other symtoms, so huge benefits. the product is really big in size so you have enough for all allergies season it has a strong taste to me like a mix of coffe with leather so i assume is good quality.

this is a natural way to deal with flus etc. i cant remember the last time i went to a doctor and ate pharmaceuticals. avoid !

The product is concentrated so you have for a month (30servings) taking the recommended quantity of 1 ml a day. Golden seal has a strong taste, so the Echinacea is making more bearable. I still need to drink or eat something after it. I will be using it 2 weeks on two weeks off as per MM recommendations so it will do for a couple of months that way. I've used Golden Seal in the past for gum infection. It will be for improved gut health this time around. It cane well wrapped and the bottle is dar glass.
