This is my favorite vitamin D supplement that I've tried so far and i've tried a decent amount. I love that it's a small size and easy to take and it tastes good. The dosage is perfect since you can double up easily if need be and the ingredients seem to be very clean. Only thing is that I wish it came in a glass bottle. I ended up transferring all the capsules to one instead of keeping it in the original plastic.

I saw a doctor on YouTube recommend this brand b/c it has olive oil and your suppose to take your vitamin D with some sort of fat plus with a bit of fat in your food. You get more for your money with this brand also.
