The boswellia serrata root from Vital Nutrients is really of excellent quality. What's more, the capsules are very easy to swallow. I take it as part of my long covid to reduce general inflammation (intestines/mcas) but also against arthritis and tendonitis following covid. A must among anti-inflammatories!
