For about the first two months, nothing happened. Then suddenly I noticed I was losing less hair. (I am a woman, but I think it works for men, too.) This brand is the only one I have found that combines meaningful dosages of saw palmetto, pygeum, and nettle root in one product, so it is actually a good value. It is also gluten free and a clean brand with rigorous testing for toxins.
My husband has used this for about 5 years and it has really helped with maintiaing good Prostate Health. He only wakes up to go to the bathroom, once in an 8 hour night. His PSA result has been excellent as well. He thinks that using this supplement has helped him improve his Prostate Health. I agree.

I've been taking these for about 5 months. At 6 mo. I can get another blood test. This brand is of the highest quality and the ingredients are multi faceted. The capsule size is average and they are a bit powdery for some reason, but no issues with them otherwise. Oh, except they do run out of stock often.

A bit pricey but my naturopath suggested for me to help against DHT build up on scalp and against male pattern baldness - thinning. Very effective.
I ordered this product because it has 3 ingredients that are supposed to shrink the prostate gland. It seems to work. All 3 ingredients in one capsule is hard to find on the market. The flow seems to be much stronger, and I think the dribbling has stopped. Because there are 3 main ingredients and I want to make sure I get enough of them, I take 3 capsules 5 or 6 days a week. Delivery is also very prompt.
