Tyrosine and B Vitamins, 100 Vegan Capsules

What I like about it is that it has a little bit of all the major B vitamins without going overboard on the amounts. It's usually in the 125% - 500% range with respect to the RDA, except for a large amount of B12 which I welcome. There is something in it though that is a bit harsh. It's in many B vitamins. I haven't figured out which vitamin it is that I'm reacting to. For now I use this as a backup and occasional supplement.

The amount of ingredients is not too much, so it's safe. Other brands have too much, but this product is safe to use. Just one tablet per meal is enough.

I have used this supplement for many years in the belief that the quality is high. It turns out it has the toxic b6 in it which actually CREATE ILLNESS and blocks the good b6 . Bad news; it takes 2 years to clear the system

The tyrosine contained in this supplement nourishes the thyroid gland, promoting metabolism and providing relief from fatigue. Tyrosine also supports adrenal function. I took it in combination with other supplements. I feel better. This is confirmed by clinical tests and my own well-being.

The ingredients are vitamins of good quality, the taste is average, and they are important for muscle health and improving activity and energy.

Once you start taking it, you'll realize that B vitamins are truly essential. It makes a huge difference to your body. I wake up easily in the morning. I don't feel sluggish during the day. My body feels lighter. The fact that it's a vegan capsule is also a big plus. This is my second time buying it. It's one of the supplements I plan to continue taking.

Great product, easy to swallow capsules. I feel more energized and positive.

This really works. One pill is enough, but I take two when I'm tired. It gives me energy and helps me get my work done quickly. However, I try not to take it every day, and only take it when I really need it.
