Super sticky so be careful when peeling so it doesn’t stick together. Peel a little and stick to your body then peel the rest off. It seems to me like it works, lessens the symptoms but doesn’t totally take it away. I would purchase them again.
This patch works great with instant heat. great for when you are out and about with no access to a hot water bottle or microwave.
I received these on the morning of the first day of my cycle, so I just started to experience some light cramping. I immediately applied a patch to my uterine area, and waited for relief. Now, it is impossible to know how it would have felt without it, but it just got worse from there and I had a pretty terrible first day. I replaced the patch every 8 hours during the first 2 days but experienced no benefit at all. The smell is also not very pleasant, at least for my nose. Tolerable if it helped, which it did not, so a total waste of money for me personally. The application itself was easy though, it's rather small and sticks to the skin without moving. Removing the patch is also easy and pain free.

I have very severe endometriosis and needed some sort of pain relief for on the go. I put one patch on after my shower and within 10 minutes the pain had eased by a lot, not fully gone, but it definitely numbed the area a little. size is great if you have experience pain in smaller areas like pubic line.
