I FINALLY found a replacement for Hairstory’s New Wash with DERMA E’s Ramos Clean Curls. It’s taken me years of trial and error to finally find something that works. I have fine, thin, slightly wavy hair. I use this the same way I used to use New Wash, except that I don’t have to use as much of it. So it’s cheaper per ounce to start with, but you also don’t have to use as much of it. It has a very mild, pleasant scent, but you mainly only notice the scent while you wash your hair. It’s not an overpowering scent that stays in your hair all day. I’ve been using it for months and it still works great. I massage it thoroughly into my hair and scalp, and then leave it in until the very end of the shower. I then thoroughly rinse it out, which is important. My hair is clean, soft, and not greasy.

I have purchased a couple of bottles of this now and can say that I like that it doesn't strip my hair, helps w/detangling and has menthol, giving my scalp a nice little tingle. If you come across any of my other reviews, my "mane" (lol) problem is the sizing of these products. I have very thick, long kinky/curly hair (also low-porosity) that requires a lot of product to evenly coat my strands in order to comb product through. Needless to say, I go through products quickly which makes it a little expensive. I live in an arid climate and during the summer months my hair gets baked by the sun. This co-wash is good in that it cleans my hair without drying it out.

I hadn't used a co-wash before but decided to try one. I liked this product, it was refreshing and moisturizing, but in the end I realized that I should probably just be shampooing instead of co-washing. This product might be better for someone with natural coily/kinky hair and a drier scalp (mine is 2B-2C)

I have been hearing of co washing for curly hair types and how shampoos make our hair frizzy. I actually really like this product: 1. The cooling sensation 2. Cleans my hair effectively. You have to pump more than shampoo and to massage onto your scalp. Dunk a little bit of water after massaging for it to be more effective. Best part it saves time in the shower. I like how I don't have to use shampoo and conditioner and just one product.

I used this on my 1c hair, and my daughter has 2c / 3a hair, and it works amazing for both of us. your hair will feel so clean, soft, hydrated, and not weighed down at all. your scalp will feel clean also! The scent is light. I love the clean ingredients and DERMA E is an amazing brand 🙌🏼 I love natural products with great ingredients that actually work, a brand you can trust, and the ingredients aren't just thrown together to look good they all have a purpose! great quality and great size products for the money, not to mention the benefits of the clean ingredients! it was packaged well and got here quickly.

I have not-so-straight hair that can get a bit wavy, so I wanted to try a curl product to make my hair more wavy and defined. I chose to try this product because it says it is “for wavy, curly, and coily hair.” Some other products I looked at seemed more geared toward more curly and coily hair. I like that this product is 2-1 so I can use it to clean my hair when I feel like my scalp and hair is not that dirty and my other shampoo is too harsh, or I could wash two times a week instead of one. This product does make my hair more wavy after just washing and air-drying. It doesn’t leave too much residue to make my hair sticky and heavy. The scent is light and pleasant, not too fruity or flowery.

i bought it as a gift for my friend. she likes the scent of it and uses it every day as her hair benefits from it, it moisturizes it! the package and size are really good. it is good for scalp and it is okay for sensitive skin. it is a good quality brand.

I do like this a lot. It gives my wavy hair some bounce. My hair is soft and feels clean. I like the scent — it’s not overpowering. I would use it more often if it wasn’t so expensive. The size of the bottle is small for the price. It is easy to use with the pump.

Just use the shampoo and conditioner combo for the first time and I am thoroughly impressed, smells sweet but has a minty feel and it’s amazing. My hair felt super soft after shower.

The quality is very good, i like the fresh scent Gives shine I use it almost everyday with no side effects and very nice curl i have a sensitive scalp Hair and scalp looks at it's best the size of the bottle is good and with the nozzle is good I will buy it again for sure.
