I like this doctor, but there's nothing special about this vitamin D combination. It's always good to take K with D, so it's deposited where you're looking for. Amen is super knowledgeable; but there's nothing exceptional about this particular product. I'll look at the rest of his line to see what's there... I probably be getting other D's in the future that offer more. But I'm grateful to have good brands while I travel overseas.

The bottle size and the white capsule are small, easy to swallow. According to Dr. Eric Berg, many people are in a state of Vitamin D insufficiency. Vitamin D is good for bone and heart health. For maximising Vitamin D intake, I chose VitD3K2. I usually take one capsule twice a day together with cod liver oil for better absorption. So far so good.

Used it, it's gentle for the stomach and it's helpful.
