The quality of the Heali Medical Corp Cooling Therapeutic Kinesiology Tape is impressive for short-term use. The pre-cut strips are a convenient size, making them easy to apply right out of the package without any trimming. They adhere firmly and stay in place throughout the day, providing the benefit of steady support and a noticeable cooling sensation while you're active. Like most tapes I’ve tried, they don’t hold up as well after showering or when applying moisturizer—the edges start to lift, which seems to be standard across brands. Still, for temporary support or daily wear where you won’t be getting them wet, they perform exactly as needed. Great for short-term relief, though probably not ideal if you’re looking for long-term, multi-day durability.

They stick well and hold over the course of a day. Can't say they work well past that with showering and moisturizing as the edges start coming away as with every other brand. But good for what I needed them for but won't need long term.
