Not an intense scent, but definitely helps. I left it on for about four days, and my injured knee felt significantly better. I tried it on the tendinitis for my wrist, and it felt great- not just soothing, but also supportive.
It has a cooling effect that really helps reducing the pain. It sticks good to the skin and smells nice. I totally recommend it!

As a skeptical runner dealing with shin splints, I was genuinely surprised by how much kinesiology tape helped. It didn't eliminate the pain entirely, but applying the tape provided a subtle, constant reminder to adjust my gait and significantly reduced my discomfort during long runs. While it has a slight learning curve for application and can get itchy if left on too long, it's become a valuable tool in my recovery routine that I highly recommend for managing minor athletic pain.

Not much to say except that the tape does not adhere very well even when you make sure there’s nonoil on your skin
Handy strips to have but a little expensive. Unsure if the cooling sensation really helps- I assume it's to mimic icing.
