It tastes great, gives me a good boost of energy for my workout without having to eat anything and feeling heavy and sluggish. I take it half an hour before my cardio workout and sometimes in the afternoon or evening if I want some caffeine without drinking coffee. It mixes pretty easily though you could use a shaker bottle.
By far my most favorite pre work out. Love the flavor not to sweet and a little sour just how blue raspberry should be. Also love that it uses blue spirulina as opposed to dyes or chemicals. I also like that it’s caffeine amount is not overpowering like some other brands.
I am new to the pre-workout game, so I was weary trying one. This is tastes amazing and makes me pumped for the gym. I only use half a scoop, otherwise I feel tingly, but the half scoop is enough to fill me with energy and get me focused!

i got this because quantities of Amino and betaline was good but i think it working only for Women i,e its written Nutricost Women😛😂😂it didn't work for me...1scoop no 2scoops nope...i didn't feel any thing like another pre-workout 😁😁My bad...but u can try may b it would work for u guys🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔
