Vitamin K2 with Nattokinase, 30 Softgels

I was taking these with my iron pills to help with absorption, but they didn’t really work for me. I still have iron deficiency. I am not sure what to do. I took many different kinds of iron supplements and added the K2 vitamin as well, but it did not really help. The size of the pill is pretty small so it’s really easy to swallow. The dose is one pill every day. It looks like it’s a good quality. I think it just didn’t work with me.

The capsules are not big, easy to swallow. I've been taking it for a while now, drinking it along with vitamin D. I think I'll add more to the review.

Vitamin K is a great choice to pair with vitamin D as it helps correct absorption. Some D comes with K in it, but I find it's best if you buy them separate that way you can choose how much to take of each. Swanson is usually a good brand, I am never disappointed with them.
