The flavor of the Dark Color Maple Syrup seems to be better in my opinion so when I saw that Now Foods offered it for a fair price, i jumped right on putting it into my iherb basket. This morning we opened it up to put on our Sunday pancakes and WOW, it was so flavorful. the color and taste was so much better than the variety we had before. I prefer using organic products and this fit the bill. Using it in recipes will be great. Add a teaspoon to summer slaw or baked beans for a treat.

I have been using the syrup for several months replacing sugar for syrup, and I love the taste no matter what I put it in the ingredients are simple which goes line with the diet that I am on and I get quite a bit of use out of a small bottle.
