I prefer it to tablet multivitamin. It's easy to use, and it seems to work - good lab markers, less hot flashes, plenty of energy.

So good tasting and I love the fact it is a fat-soluable formula easy to absorb. I also use the liposomal Vitamin D and Mega-dose vitamin C. great stuff!

I'm not sure if it would work for me. The consistency is very thick and the flavor is very sweet and sour. I add it to water, otherwise, if not diluted with water, it provokes heartburn. Unfortunately, I don't feel any change when I take it. I still feel tired. I don't think my fatigue has anything to do with hormones

That vitamin cocktail is exactly what I want! Taste, smell and liquid. I love it! I use it for two months and I feel better in the mornings. I made subscription and definitely I'll continue to take it !

It has a thicker consistency than the usual vitamin, so you only need 1 tablespoon per day. So the size I have is big enough to last for 30 days. I like the taste, it’s not very medicinal or over-sweetened, and has everything I need for my age group. The ingredients are easy to read on the label, so you know what vitamins you’re receiving daily. The packaging is easy to distinguish at a glance from others. Overall Mary Ruth is a good quality vitamin, I’ve, noticed less shedding since I’ve been using this product.

A great product for vitamins when you struggle with tablets. I find the taste palatable and just take it as is rather than mixing into something.
