I like the taste of these well enough, the 1mg felt legit- I can tell it uses real melatonin! Not some fake filler. I think the price for the amount you get is a great value.
Great product. We initially bought them for our fussy toddler but started using them ourselves. My wife takes 2 while I only need 1 to fall asleep. We only use them on restless nights but we actually prefer these than any other melatonin products marketed to adults.
