So I have upped my dosage to 3 x a day only because I want to curb my appetite more. This Does Something
I've tried other Berberine supplements but never noticed any benefit. This one curbed my appetite immediately. Within just a few days my eating habits improved and I was eating more salads or even skipping meals because I didn't feel like I needed to eat. It's too soon to go for blood tests to see if my HbA1C or cholesterol levels improved, but I would guess that they will, if for no other reason that I'm eating better.
