Bought to refill my salt rinse packets to go with my ceramic chandra neti pot. Good quality and beneficial to keep the nasal pathways open.
These salt packets have much smaller salt particles. It does not bother my sinuses much. I will continue o buy, I use daily.
Used Xlear but the quality with this product is much better, after use it feels like your breath in and have extra lung capacity, very effective a hour before sleep, it improved my sleeping, probably because you breath to your nose more often? Don’t have the proof but I do feel better. Really don’t use tap water, use clean water, see directions on there page.

Great for nose cleansing and the quality is also good
I was recommended to try a neti pot by a friend who knows about Ayurveda since I told her I’d always had breathing issues. Having now used this salt with the pot for a couple of months, I can’t tell you how much it’s helped my breathing. I used to use a nasal spray which while good, made me feel light-headed. This gives me the same result (clear sinuses) in many cases for longer intervals (I use it once or twice a day) and without the temporary light-headedness.

No scent, easy to use, and great quality. The size needs to be bigger with more sachets given its high value, and it’s not available most of the time. Package is good, benefits are a lot for sinuses, it feels clean and fresh, very effective. I think it suits all ages.
