I wasn't sure about the size, but I bought it because opening the supplement bottle every time was a hassle. And as it's XL, it's about 23cm long, so I was surprised at how big it is! (lol)
size estimates are wrong for this product (and every other large 7 day pill organizer I've bought from iherb) but it's still nice and big. it seems to be the third biggest pill organizer currently on iherb - a slightly bigger option from this brand is the rainbow one and the largest is the one with a leafy pattern across the front.

It easily fits even fairly large supplement pills. You can fit 5-6 pills in there. The one-touch opening is also convenient.
