It works for sure but there is absolutely no possible way to keep this on over night. It’s not at all comfortable. I understand that it’s kind of not supposed to be but it’s tough to use this how it’s meant to be used.
The material is scratchy and uncomfortable. I don't know how people can sleep with this thing pulling at their knee. It's also quite small, so not good for anyone with bigger calves and knees. Also the sneaky "two pieces" means the strap and belt for your foot, not two for both legs. I wouldn't have bought it if I noticed that detail.
after a night or two of using I felt a relieve in the pain, yet after a few weeks I felt I got used to it. In general, I would alway buy 2 packages, as it has only one part for the night, and one for the day
There is no scent on this 2 piece plantar fasciitis relief set. The nighttime brace is a bit challenging to use and put on. I am going to ask for help from my husband incase I didn’t put it on properly. I’m definitely unsure if this works well yet, have had a little relief but not sold on the product yet. The daytime pad I wore the other day and it seemed to help a little bit was not tight on my foot, I wear woman’s shoe size is 7.5-8..I plan to follow up once used more often. I’ve got to find something that helps for relief of plantar fasciitis. This particular time, it’s been about 6 months and I know it can take up to a year for the pain to subside. Hopefully more good news on this product soon. Packaging was good.
