I ordered this liquid collagen in August and I’ve been using it daily since. I’ve noticed improvements in hair growth and my skin cleared up and looks much brighter now. Haven’t noticed much improvement in my joint pain, as I’m actively working out and swimming 6 days a week. Didn’t like the flavor much, my husband takes it straight, I add to my orange juice in the morning. Tastes like cough syrup to me. Also don’t forget to put it in the fridge after opening, we left it out for few days and it got sticky and much thicker. Overall great collagen, lasts long and if you like the flavor should be a good choice. I’m switching to a tasteless powder and my husband is going to stick to this one.
