This is a good, decent-quality supplement. I have been taking it 2x a day for a few weeks and then switched to 1x a day. Zinc Carnosine was recommended as a supplement that can help with stomach issues. The size is great, the price is good, and there's no strange taste or aftertaste.

This zinc carnosine has a very good formula and clean ingredients. I like the composition and the quality — a solid product overall.
I tried this brand first with excellent results but ordered Swanson the second time because this one is a bit pricey. Big mistake! I don't know why but the zinc carnosine from Swanson does not work nearly as well.
