Works great for my daughter in her college dorm! She uses it to take a powdered supplement easily. The spout latches well and doesn't seem to leak. It works well for her needs!
The best designed and most reliable cup since 199-whatever. Solid, unbreakable plastic, a lid that doesn't drip liquid on you when you're drinking, a rounded interior bottom so that nothing gets stuck in the edge, and of course the slinky ball. We like the slinky ball. I mainly got this little one just for preworkout so that I wouldn't have to dirty up a big one. As soon as I can, though, I'm gonna cop two 44s from Blender Bottle.
I’m really happy with this BlenderBottle Classic! The 20 oz size is super convenient for daily use, and the whisk ball mixes pre-workout and protein powders smoothly without any clumps. The lid seals tightly, so I never have to worry about leaks in my gym bag. Great quality for the price.

ordered a few of these in different colors. the bottle is durable and comes in small size, which is easy to carry. feels light, and I can even take it to work after gym session, as small water container.
I didn't want a massive cup since I'm not a huge protein shake girlie yet, and this size is quite nice. The blender spring works great and for other powdered supplements that I've had issues dissolving before. it's also quite easy to clean, which is convenient. the stopper has to be pressed in quite hard in order to click in and not spill, so not perfect for sipping off and on all the time, but once it's closed, you know it's closed :) overall happy with the quality, and it's stimulating me to use it whenever I go to the gym or exercise at home.
