Toco-Sorb®, 60 Softgels

I like toco-sorb. Unlike other manufacturers, it has a better ratio of alpha to gamma tocotrienol. What I like most is that tocotrienol consists of two antioxidants, tocopherol and squalene, which connect to each other in a cascade. And so it removes free oxygen radicals more efficiently and quickly than a mixture of tocopherol and squalene.

Toco-Sorb is one of those lesser-known but highly effective supplements. I started using it for antioxidant support and cardiovascular health, and I’ve noticed better endurance and recovery since I added it to my stack. It provides a full-spectrum vitamin E complex rich in tocotrienols — a rare form that’s more potent than standard tocopherols. The delivery system (self-emulsifying) also improves absorption, and I’ve felt the effects more consistently compared to regular vitamin E capsules. The softgels are small and easy to take, and the 60-count bottle lasts a full two months with once-daily use. The quality and ingredient profile is impressive, a full-spectrum tocotrienol + vitamin E complex, possibly derived from natural palm oil (many sources describe it as sustainably sourced full-spectrum palm, though the label doesn’t explicitly say RSPO-certified or which exact variety), plus the polyoxyl castor oil emulsifier (no mention if it’s hexane-free). The package is a sturdy black bottle with a secure screw cap that keeps the softgels fresh, and the softgel size is small, smooth, and very easy to swallow. I’ve noticed real benefit for cardiovascular and brain support, with a clear improvement in how I feel day-to-day and better recovery from oxidative stress. This supplement conteins all kinds Tocotrienols and Tocopherols. I've learned that it's good to take vitamin E at the same time as Selenium. They work together.
