Fantastic quality bay leaves! The jar is filled with mostly whole, unbroken green leaves that are full of natural aroma and rich flavor. Just one or two leaves add a wonderful, deep savory note to soups, stews, and slow-cooker meals. Much fresher and more fragrant than typical grocery store brands.
Quality is excellent—these bay leaves are super fragrant and mostly whole (no dusty crumbs). I use one leaf in soups, stews, and braises and it adds a warm herbal taste instantly. The 8 oz size is huge, so it’s a great value. The package is sturdy and resealable (I keep it sealed to preserve freshness), and I’ve barely made a dent using it a few times a week. Plus, it’s certified organic and the leaves look clean.

I hesitated to buy this product because of its huge size but it's worth to buy it. The quality is top-notch. The leaves are all in good shape and the leaves are perfect size. I opened it 6 months ago but the scent is still strong so I recommend to buy the big size if you use it regularly.
