Sometimes gummies taste awful! I wasn't sure about the lemon but they're really good. Mixing collagen into drinks is fine but it's so much easier eating these tasty gummies. I've never tried this brand before but I'm happy with it. Will definitely order more in the future.

The ingredients are safe my age is 19 but i use it for my nails health and hair and i see some improvement the taste is not my favorite but it’s not bad the effects are showing on my nails they got stronger it is a really good quality product the packaging is easy to open too!!
