I use it before my workouts, and it feels efficient. I use the dosage as perscribe, and it's useful, and the package is very large so last long. The taste is a little less to my liking but nothing bad, and easly deluded in water.
Great product. Good taste, a little on the sweet side but overall packs a good punch and Creatine built in. As an advid early workout person I sometimes need a little boost to get me going. This kicks in pretty fast 15 or so minutes, keeps you focused during the workout and no hard crash like some pre-workouts give you. Recommend if you are looking for a great tasting, no itch pre-workout, and subsidizing creatine all into one.

300 mg of caffeine to get you going and crush your workout. Kind of a weird smell out of the container, but doesn't taste bad at all.
I have been using this preworkout for a couple years and its been great. It is a good price for the amount of servings and dosages of ingredients. I usually don't even have to use a full scoop due to the caffeine content per serving. Flavors are also great and it mixes well.
Cherry Limeade EVLution nutrition pre-workout is awesome. I love this flavor. A lot of limeade type products are overpowering, but this one isn't. This preworkout packs a punch. It has 300mg of caffeine and 3000 mg of of creatine making a great combo! Stacked with other amazing ingredients, this is a favorite!
this tastes really well! it has a cherry taste but it's not super sweet which is really great to me. dosage indicated by the scoop included. I see a good result - it gives me a good energy boost for my workout and I have it in my supplement routine around 4/5 times I go to gym.
