I take this when I feel a cold starting to come on. It does seem like I get less intense colds or they never fully materialize if I use these regularly. The taste is good and I appreciate there is no sugar
Cold EEZE natural Wild Cherry Flavor - Fantastic, my favorite flavor! Had the sniffles-gone, soar throat-gone! Basically it shortens duration of cold. For some reason this product is not readily available after COVID. Happy I found it reasonable priced at iHerb.
Been using Cold-Eeze for years at the first sign of a cold. I have noticed if you barely can tell you are getting sick, like you know the sore throat is JUST starting...many, many times taking some Cold Eeze has totally stopped a cold from even starting. If you are already sick, this truly seems to make the cold much less severe and the cold is gone much faster. I always prefer sugar free, as I read a lot that sugar LOWERS your immune system for several hours. If so, why would anyone take a product to make your immune system stronger just to negate that with sugar. Only negatives for me...this messes up my taste buds a few hours...and can make my stomach feel a bit upset...barely. Best to take not too long AFTER food to avoid stomach issues. All in all great product that WORKS!
