l love nuts and seeds and i eat this as a snack, a handful at a time. The taste is good and not oily and i even sprinkle a little on my sandwitch sometimes. The package is big enough to last for a while.
What you see is what you get. Clean and good quality. Tastes like it's supposed to. Salty, toasty, and crunchy. No artificial dyes in this one. Generous size.

Extra large bag so will last a long time. I enjoy snacking on these. Not overly salty and just the right amount of crunch. A very satisfying snack or can be used for all your bread and cookie baking needs as well. Excellent quality from Good Sense and I highly recommend this product. All natural ingredients.
I really like this brand. I like that they just use sunflower kernels and sunflower oil. some bags arent very salty which is a little annoying but other than that I think they're great
I like these a lot. And great for days when I don't have time to make a lunch - just eat a few spoonfuls of these along with a few other easy healthy snacks, like walnuts. Filling and delicious.
The seed is fresh and crunchy but I just find it a bit too oily for my liking. When i pour in a kitchen napkin, I can see the trace of oil in it. And they also use sunflower oil, only to realized it when i received the product. I prefer non oily ones therefore won't order again.
These are delicious and great quality. Very fresh. I love to use them on salads and for a quick snack. They are part of my daily GBOMBS (greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries and seeds).
