Fantastic methylated multi Vitamins been taking them for a couple of weeks. The size of the capsules are quite large but it never bothered me. I specifically looked for the ingredients folic acid not to be present but for the methylated form mentholfolate. It is a quality product, the effect it has on my metabolism is just magnificent.
