Mineral Sunscreen with Vitamin C + Vegan Marine Collagen, SPF 30, 1.7 oz (50 g)

Often sunscreens run especially in hot humid environments. I used this on holiday in Thailand and it stopped me burning and didn’t feel sticky or thick in the humid weather. I generally burn easily Now use it in the Uk and has also stopped me burning this hot summer. No unpleasant smell. A lot if people comment they wish it was a higher spf but if you research you find the difference between 30 and 50 isn’t much: SPF 30 blocks about 97% of UVB rays. SPF 50 blocks about 98%, meaning just 1% more UVB rays are blocked than SPF 30. My wish it was in a bigger bottle. Having vitamin C and marine collagen in it is a great advantage.

I was glad to see this is a non-greasy. non-sticky sunscreen, which is quite surprising considering every other sunscreen on iherb with a high percentage of zinc oxide is greasy and unwearable (this one has 21% non-nano zinc oxide, though it's an unspecified type of micronized zinc, as confirmed by the brand after emailing them). It does leave some white cast, not much but noticeable. It sets to a natural finish, not too shiny, but definitely not matte either. It hasn't irritated my very sensitive skin so far. The only problem is this pills on my skin, once it has dried down, if I reapply, or if I put makeup on (concealer, foundation) it just pills. I've solved this by mixing a little bit of a different mineral sunscreen (one that happens to be tinted and has a very similar finish to this one), and by mixing in a couple of drops the final product doesn't pill anymore on my skin, so I'll use it up that way. By itself I can't use it unfortunately. Maybe I'll try it on my hands, the pilling might not be as bad.

I've only used it for 4 days so far, but this sunscreen feels amazing on my skin and it doesn't dry it out like other mineral sunscreens. I have literally tried at least 15 of them (have a list on my computer) and this is the best one I have found to date. My skin is sensitive, acne prone, and tends toward being dry. This product only leaves a very minimal white cast (only noticeable in certain lighting) and I'm very happy about the high level of protection and good ingredients. Plan to repurchase while it's on sale.

Texture is silky and easy to apply, but it still does leave a white cast. Love that it has no scent. Does not cause any breakout and no irritations to my rosacea skin type.

Saw a few videos advocating wearing sunscreen and its anti aging effects. Was looking for a brand with as few chemical ingredients as possible. It still has many chemical ingredients (polyglyceryl-3 polyricinoleate??) but overall still acceptable to me.

The product I'm using often leaves a white residue on my face. I'm not sure if I'm applying too much, but it tends to make my skin feel dry.

It is light and non-greasy, has whitening effects, has good protection, and has no allergic reactions.

love their product line especially the serums.. like that it has SPF

My go to product throughout all the seasons. It spreads relatively easily, is good under the makeup and doesn't break me out.

This sunscreen is not too oily and does not leave a white cast on the skin is more luminous after application. Like it.
