I recently started using ENGN Test before workouts and I’ve been impressed. The fruit-punch flavour is enjoyable (sweet and easy to mix), and within 20-30 minutes I feel a clear lift in both energy and focus. My lifts feel sharper and I’m more engaged throughout the session. On a few occasions I’ve had longer training sessions and the steady energy helped me keep going strong—no big crash afterwards. Overall it strikes a nice balance of taste and effectiveness, making it a pre-workout I’d recommend.

This was just something to hold me off since I couldn't get the normal pre workout I always get (The Gym Molly brand). This was not that great and gave the me the itches on my lip and didn't really like the taste of quality, not much umph or pumps either.
