I really liked the way this lysine supplement is delivered via liposomes for optimal absorption. This is very effective and I highly recommend this product. The drawback for me is the texture and taste but it is tolerable for the great effect of the supplement itself. I’m not a huge fan of sunflower oil so I think that is one of the reasons I don’t like it because the snickerdoodle flavor is very pleasant. The texture is on the thicker side likely due to the oil in it. Overall, despite personal taste/texture preferences, the overall effectiveness is fantastic.
