This is a high-quality vitamin D supplement, and I appreciate the organic ingredients and clean formulation. My child has no complaints about the taste, and the dropper makes it easy to administer. I’ve noticed an improvement in their energy and overall wellness since starting it. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the expensive side, but for the quality, I think it’s worth it!

Its been in the negatives outside recently so we've been inside a lot. I wanted to get this for my kid to make sure they're getting enough vitamin D since we haven't been outside. The taste is no bueno according to my kid who isn't very picky with stuff. Mary Ruths has high quality products but honestly, I've tried multiple of them but only two have worked for my kid. This and the kids vitamin C which I swear by! The packaging is teeny tiny compared to her other products so keep that in mind. Overall, its a decent product.

I love many products from MaryRuth Organics. These drops are not bad, but the bottle is very small. They are tasteless — just a yellow oil. I prefer vitamins in liquid form because I can adjust the dosage myself, which is very convenient. Please like this review if you found it helpful 🙂

Mary Ruth products are high quality. They have a good taste. The ingredients are really clean compared to other similar products. I would definitely but this product again in the future. I like the liquid form of this vitamin because it has a high bioavailability which is important for absorption.
