The brand is great and the quality of the ingredient is pure without any unnecessary substances in it and that's what I have been looking for.It doesn't have niacin flush and the taste is good.
I've finally found a b-12 product that works for me. I no longer need to go get injections. I definitely recommend trying this. The taste is like cherry tylenol but better. I actually can take this on an empty stomach. Being pescatarian i sometimes become b-12 deficient, so having a great supplement is important.

I love Mary Ruth’s quality I use lots of their vitamins, decent size came well packaged, it taste really good and it’s great for energy and metabolism simple ingredients, I would say it’s decently potent great also for your nervous system super effective unwanted health the only downside to it that it broke my skin out
