I took this because I wasn’t getting enough sun ,I was d vitamin deficiency , and this type it has great absorption and with the k vitamin it helps the calcium to go to the bone and not the arteries, it has olive oil taste , I like it better then all the flavored ones , but this dosage it isn’t enough if you have deficiency only to maintain the normal levels
Tried it once but since my Thorne D3/K2 is still half full, i decided to finish it before i continue using it. Though im a bit hesitant to spray it directly to my mouth. Ill see next time if ill get used to it. But i ordered it because it’s main ingredient k2 is from natto which i love! I may hesitate to spray it but thinking about immunity weighs more! The effect and i believe it stays longer in our system!
