I've reviewed Bodybio liposamal Phosphatidylipid before, this review is focused on the 16 oz bottle. Love that Iherb now offers this product in it's largest convenient size for high dosing customers. Anyone taking this product knows for the 1st year you are taking 2-3 tablespoons a day. That does is about 1 oz a day . Iherb again hearing customers ask for the larger size and they delivered. Shout out to Iherb for amazing quick delivery to canada as well.

this supp changed my life. it’s the one supp that i can feel makes a difference. It’s helping heal my body, my thyroid nodules are stable and some are shrinking and it kills any brain fog. i have drank the koolaid when it comes to to Body Bio and ill be a customer for life lol

My fuctional medicine practitioner turned me on to Bodybio products when I was fighting a skin rash. After reading about the whole body benefits, I decided to stay on the product ongoing, even after my rash cleared. I've now been taking it daily for 2.5 years and I even take extra anytime I'm fighting a cold. The tincture is very thick (thicker than honey) and definitely has a bitter taste. I swallow it as quickly as possible to avoid the taste. I have my father taking it also but he uses the pill form. The pills are quite large to swallow. My dad has Parkinson's and I'm trying to give his cells every fighting chance to regenerate healthfully.
