I've used it on and off for a few years. Sometimes I have to take several doses for a few days, then the vertigo seems to stop. I am not sure why I get vertigo -it seems like it happens when a cold might be coming on. Not sure if it works for all vertigo reasons.
I have tried MANY homeopathics throughout my life, none of them ever worked except those for acute allergies and, now, this! It's amazing. Wow! What a difference. The only drawback is the twisting of the cap and having to shake really hard to make those pellets descend. When you're ill and have motor problems, that's not an easy task. (We're not supposed to touch them or skin contact deactivates them for some reason.) Wish they would widen the inner slots a tiny bit. Also, not a fan of having to remove the sticky label to read instructions (and then lives film outside the tube, which is awful for my sensory disorder!) plus the tube ends up split in 3 parts and it all could end up across the floor. It's also extremely dear: 5 pellets per dose, 3 doses per day, 80 pellets per tube, if my math is correct, 1 tube only lasts 5 days! Wish there were a better way of taking this herb. Overall, very pleased with the remedy.

I use this for a couple different benefits. PMS causes sore breasts and I read this stuff can give some relief from that. Seems to help! I also get dizzy and am prone to vertigo from tinnitus and the moment I start to feel anything, I take this and notice an improvement! Tastes great (barely tastes at all and is sweet).
